Owner and founder of an online office supply retail website, which carries office supply products and equipment for sale across multiple channels, including eBay, Amazon.com, and Buy.com, as well as our own online retail websites. Skilled at internet marketing, merchandising, search engine optimization, and managing multiple sales channels. Personally developed and programmed the comprehesive database that drives the company, and keeps track of sales, returns, profit, loss, sales tax, etc.

Served as Art Director and Graphic Designer for this commercial print shop, while maintaining my freelance business (above), with my employer's blessing. Responsibilities at this commercial print shop included graphic design and pre-press, accounting/estimating, and customer service. Handled single to four color process projects, including all prepress, from concept and creation, to the output of film for printing. During my tenure with this company, I wrote an award winning cover article for a graphic design magazine, as well as served as a guest speaker at a local community college, on the subject of proper file preparation for commercial printing.

Started as Customer Service Rep and Executive Assistant at this fast growing printing and publishing firm whose customers included Captain D’s, Burger King, and Red Lobster. Moved into graphic design and typesetting, then into estimating. Estimated in-house print jobs from standard to booklets, from one color to full color, using the Micro Ink Estimating Program. Maintained daily contact with paper companies and reps, outside vendors, in house sales reps, and customers.
