Responsibility:• Operationalise the company's ambitions in the areas of digitalisation and IT in accordance with objectives in the current strategy plan and operational plans.• Organise the department to deliver in accordance with the ambitions described in the point above. • Set up and apply rolling plans for the department and follow these up.• Budgeting for the department in collaboration with the CFO.• Ensure that the company's operational IT systems are up and running with adequate security and back-up functions.• Set standards for IT/digital development principles, methods, and tools to ensure future-oriented and effective solutions

Setting the agenda for the company's IT strategy with a focus on business value and optimal utilisation of ICT throughout the VARD value chain.Responsible for ICT business architecture and management model as well as sourcing/purchasing and supplier management within ICT.Responsible for information security, basic infrastructure and management of the company's standard systems, and operational responsibility for ICT services and user support.Strongly involved in the international initiatives in the company, and in the groups the company has been a part of over the years
