- Designed the weekly curriculum emergency medicine Grand Rounds conference attended by emergency medicine residents, attendings, and advanced practice providers.- Organized unique conference experiences to engage resident learning through multiple modalities including an outdoor simulation wilderness medicine conference, ultrasound Olympics competition, mass casualty incident large-scale simulation, cadaver lab procedural training sessions, etc.- Engaged with well-known figures in emergency medicine and opened invitations to speak at conference. Speakers in the 2024 year included: Dr. Reuben Strayer, Dr. Richard Levitan, Dr. Anand Swaminathan, Dr. Scott Weingart, and Dr. Dara Kass.

- Cultivated a library of procedure kits commonly used in the emergency department for residents to practice common emergency medicine procedures.- Created written scripts for commonly conducted procedures describing indications, contraindications, and steps of each procedure= Developed videos from scripts to be incorporated into the residency website to be accessed by all Jacobi/Montefiore EM residents for educational purposes

- Developed lecture and simulation curriculum for the fourth-year subinternship experience spanning essential emergency medicine pathologies including cardiovascular emergencies, pulmonary emergencies, etc.

- Provided status updates to family members of patients in the St. Barnabas Hospital emergency department and inpatient units.- Facilitated communication between patient families and SBH medical teams

- Supervised and trained group counselors to engage with participants diagnosed with autism, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, as well as other mental and physical disabilities- Cultivated improved social skills and self-confidence in individuals with special needs by encouraging social interaction through sports and recreational activities- Taught participants with special needs basic swimming strokes and techniques including floating, kicking, controlling breath underwater, freestyle stroke, and breaststroke
