During my internship at PH 410 (Communication agency), I was responsible for leading a project concerning the relevance of social media for recrutement. The overall objective of my research was to identify to what extent the use of social media lead to effective e-recrutement. The relevance was to provide advice and recommendations to HR clients on how to recrute potential job candidates. This project was part of my thesis to obtain my Bachelor Advanced Business Management.In addition to managing my project, I assisted the project manager with the realisation of several promotional campaigns for clients starting from formulating the strategy till executing the campaign. This needed collaboration with clients, graphists, producers, media, etc...

As the Local Producer Assistant my responsabilities included selecting and editing material (storylines) for TV difussion, as well as assisting in the administration and production activities for projects like "Mijn Pop-up Restaurant".

During this internship my main tasks were related with facilitating the communication within the several teams and external partners. This included participating in activities such as the development of internal publications, assisting in meetings of different departments and informational campaigns.
