As a sales consultant I have to introduce EF and its products while making sure our customers choose the right type of language course from the great range of selection. Excellent comunication skills are a must and are tested on a daily basis over the phone during telesales and on face-to-face consultations. In converting the inquiries into actual customers timing is also crucial this means priorizing the daily tasks are needed. Every customer is a new project therefore project managing skills are developed. Keeping contact with the 40+ schools we have and mentoring new colleagues an on-going personality is a must. As a meeting point between the customers and EF, I have to be able to work in a small and in a big team (including independent work). Handling complaints and making follow-ups are integral part of the weekly duties. With a passion for traveling and education I always have to keep a keen eye on the the latest trends in social media. With translating the pre-made Facebook posts I am able to communicate with our students in more relaxed manner.
