As a business coach and certified practice advisor with Atticus, I work with attorneys to help them earn more and stress less. My goal is in life is to help other attorneys live happier, healthier lives and achieve whatever they determine success to be in their lives. In addition to my work with Atticus, I'm the founder of Real Life Practice and work with my clients to help them achieve a sound balance in their lives. I hold a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Sensei and work with lawyers and law firms on all aspects of law practice management. I’m also certified by TTI in DISC, Motivators, and EQ. In 2016, I released my first book “50 Lessons for Lawyers: Earn more. Stress less. Be awesome.” That book led to “50 Lessons for Women Lawyers – From Women Lawyers.” The third book in the series, “50 Lessons for Happy Lawyers: Boost wellness. Build resilience. Yes, you can.” was released in 2022. I'm currently working on the fourth book in the series, "50 Lessons for Young Lawyers."Before law school, I worked as a professional musician and still play guitar when I can. In addition to coaching and consulting, the performer in me loves public speaking. I’ve been a speaker at conferences for the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys, the National Association of Bar Executives, The Florida Bar and other national and regional legal organizations.
