Hope Renovations is a nonprofit that benefits underemployed women and older adults. We empower women and non-binary individuals to seek living wage careers by providing pre-apprenticeship training to prepare them for jobs in the construction trades. We also provide repairs and renovations to seniors who wish to age in place, which is where our trainees receive their on-the-job practice.
