- Negotiating with sellers about properties and its special features- Marketing and promoting properties for sale- Representing the sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers- Helping the clients in decision making and during the whole buying process

- Preparing and organising all events of the company- Organising meetings, protocol events, making appointments with the board of directors- Negotiating with event places, making inquiries- Writing PR articles for print and online media surfaces- Informing the colleagues about the upcoming events and current news related to the corporation via Intranet- Supporting the do-goodisms of the company (Béres Foundation)

- Organising and managing events and corporate activities (customer workshops, client parties, corporate weekends, Christmas parties, sport events, factory visiting tours (Krakow, Madrid, Prague) to the suppliers' factories with the participation of the key customers, coordinating photo shootings for calendars, etc.)- Coordinating the designing, editing and the production of marketing tools (ads, PR articles, POS tools, package designs, leaflets, posters, business gifts, decorations of the stores and delivery vehicles, corporate uniforms, etc.)- Organising promotions and incentive programs- Co-editing the monthly magazine (Infomix) of the company (writing articles, collecting information from suppliers and brand managers, translations from English and German languages to Hungarian)- Maintaining daily contact with the representatives of the subsidiaries and inland branches - Customer service tasks (replying info letters and operating the loyalty card program)

- Coordinating, planning and production of marketing tools in cooperation with a communication agency (posters, leaflets, POS tools, decorations etc.)- Editing the webpage, Facebook page and newsletters- Preparing and sending out direct mails- Planning and managing winning games and promotions- Organising corporate events (Lite Fitness Night 2009 and 2010, Christmas parties, competitions, press events)- Building business cooperations with service providers, sport brands, beauty brands and medical services- Preparing corporate offers for potential customers
