• Conducted field research as a graduate student at the University of South Carolina.• Collected and analyzed data from airport exit surveys at Punta Cana International Airport, and distributed these surveys to tourists from Europe, North America and South America.• Presented the data analysis to developers and resort managers with our recommendations on how to improve the resort community and tourist experience in Punta Cana.• Resided in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic to study the impact of tourism on this Caribbean community.
