ANALYTICS: I am an Analytics specialist and got promoted to lead other specialists Globally. My job is troubleshooting tracking issues, implementing several features of Analytics in order to better understand a website’s performance and possible weaknesses, helping Advertisers to better understand the impact of different online marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Applications, Website, Online and Offline DM promotions, etc.). I was responsible for the online sales productivity of the hotel group of 44 hotels containing analysis of online booking data through different sources and systems, developing own booking engine and website, controlling appearance on social media sites, coordinating online campaigns and PPC advertisement.Main responsibilities:ADWORDS & ANALYTICS: I was working on strengthening direct response with search network and also support branding with display network and remarketing. I used to control how CPC performs among all sources and analysed Analytics (bounce rate, Landing Pages, keywords, etc.).SOCIAL MEDIA: Planning, creating and measuring social media campaigns, coordinating the presence of Danubius Hotels Group in several social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, image and video sharing websites), increasing brand awareness and collecting database.WEB ADMINISTRATION TOOL AND OPERA CRS: I created landing pages for AdWords campaigns optimized for the different target groups’ different needs. I supervised web administration, creation of new Landing Pages, to check their SEO strength and to make the room rates bookable via our own Booking Engine and via Opera.BOOKING ENGINE: Maintaining of the public and contracted rates. Ensuring that the share of bookings through the own booking engine is increasing (both public and corporate rates). As a receptionist of Steiner Spa on the Navigator of the Seas my role was to manage bookings and to provide the best use of all available slots for massage and beauty appointments, hair treatments. I also controlled the financial accounting of the spa.

It was a part time job during the college, meaning I analysed the financial status of the clients and advised solution in order the best use of their available funds.
