Zinemugi is an own project in which we carry out film and video workshops for young people between 12 and 17 years old. The objective is to generate an interest in the audiovisual arts by knowing the tools of the audiovisual world and working on the soft skills: teamwork, leadership, problem solving, communication skills and creativity.

I have carried out my Final Degree Project in Vacunek, which aims to increase sales and customers through the creation of a pricing strategy and a digital marketing strategy.

Newen is a SME based in Bilbao formed by a team of 13 people. It is the main team learning tool that we have used during the four years of the Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation degree, with which I have been able to experiment and participate in several projects that have made me develop leadership skills in both projects and teams and acquire new competences. The skills I have worked are: -Creativity: innovation, globalization and international vision, marketing and finance approach. -Strategy: innovation, design thinking, business update. -Communicative skills: networking, speech and negotiation techniques, emotional intelligence and coaching. -Learning capacity: digital transformation; management of people, projects and companies; personal attitude and learning methods. -Determination and decision-making: planning and development of business projects, self-orientation.
