Monitoring chemical processes and testing beer products as part of quality assurance. Perform repetitive lab activities such as i.e. quality control beer analysis, setting up lab equipment and preparing chemical solutions i.e. standard solutions. Dosing of enzymatic chemicals in chemical reactor such as whirlpool, mash-tank etc. Conduct tests i.e. alcohol test using alcolyser, perform attenuation test.etc, determine the moisture content of raw material such as maize, barley. Checking the presence of weevil’s in raw material, checking beer haze as per required standards, interprets and analyses data, prepare reports.

Provides technical support to assembly and manufacturing personnel. Read drawings to ensure product specification and tolerances are met. Troubleshoot equipment, manage calibration and preventative maintenance processes; which include documentation and calibration. Utilization of test equipment to ensure product specifications are met. Assists in creating, modifying and revising manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation. Observing safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions.
