- Manage the day to day activities of the Demand Management process in the PPM tool: create, edit demands, support and control business requirement documentation and follow up approval status- Act as a gate keeper to ensure demands are raised with the right quality and infomration and are formalized timely.- Work with the relevant people and teams to ensure funding is available for demands and business cases/benefits are identified- Ensure that raised demands are in line with Global Process Owners' process improvement roadmaps by getting approval as appropriate- Ensure that the right people (Service Delivery, Service Transition, IS, Finance, etc) are involved in the life cycle of the demand, and facilitate discussions regarding demand process- Follow up on progress, provide transparency and report the status of raised demands/changes initiated, the demand volumes, quality and benefits and the budget program status- Peform Project Management activities for selected demands - Escalate issues related to SCM demands to the line manager or to the Demand Management Office and/or GPO- Interact with EVO central teeams/functions on all questions related to a demand from the business requirement/justification, funding confirmation, to delivery and business transformation- Monitor the status of the demands, pushing them through and following up on actions required to move the demand through the demand management lifecycle- Create and manage orders/purchase orders- Lead regulardemand review calls with Business Functions to ensure alignment among all parties
