We are on the path of exploring all the possible solutions supported be AI and machine learning. We are developing a Cloud based test automation platform with self-healing test cases. The software is able to detect product behavior and UI changes after confirmation by the user/tester the test can propose a fix and learn the new requirements. We are also planning a project about automated NLP based specification processing and module/ code snippet suggestion to help and make faster development possible. Using this solution code reusage will be more efficient than ever before.

Its was my first professional challenge where I gained valuable experience as a shop manager. and today I can still exploit the skills it in my current position.At this position I was able to emphasise my personal competences as the sole manager of the shop. Handling people in an everyday basis helped me a lot to improve my direct sales skill, but most important outcome was how it influenced my enthusiasm towards reaching higher stages as a generalist sales person.
