With the Developing and Designing a ¨Distressed Dye Process" for Tubular Knit Fabric, V-TECH, the Process was License to a Mayor Apparel Producer and Distributor in the USA.The Implementation and the First Production Orders were Processed in El Salvador. With the high Demand and Popularity for these Processed T-Shirt´s, the Production had to be Transferred to China, where we Produced and Shipped 1-1.5 Million T-Shirt´s/ Month.My Responsibilities were:Sourcing, Evaluating, Selecting and Approving Manufactures in China to Work with the V-Tech Process.Negotiate Pricing, Oversee Quality, Coordinate Production and Shipping.Implementing and Standardization the Process in Production, Pass all the Set Requirements and Quality Assurance audit´s from SGS and Costumer.Produce and Provide Lab-Tips, Pre-Production- and Production Samples for Approvals.Established new Seasons Growth, with the Support and Implementation from a Sample Making Department, Sourcing for new Fabrics and Work on Continues Improvements.Communicating, Corresponding and Working Collaboratively with the Contract Manufactures Together and Reporting to USA.
