As Head of Industrial Projects Bruges & Nersac, I am responsible for equipment industrialization and building project (dry room) from advanced project phase until the SOP for both industrial plant of Bruges (protoline & innovation center) and Nersac (pilot line).Main responsabilities of this position :- to lead a direct team of Industrial project manager and the project direct position as iindustrial chief engineer, quality project manager, project planner, and building project manager- to prepare the industrial pre-project, business case (Capex, Opex, ressources), technical feasility, industrial strategy and timing (main milestone of the project)- to ensure the good execution and management of the different projects as : new equipment, new building dry room, new industrial process, and also industrialization of new cells products for customers project.- to structure and manage the project team, to make the decisions and to control the main KPIs to reach the targets of the project (quality, timing, performances, and costs). - to be fully accountable about the performances and the results of the project- to communicate the results and action plan to the Excom members of the company.
