- Providing business analysis and insight of the financial performance and wider business results- Reporting of GFO, GFR and Plans to Segment- Gathering insights via building effective relationships with the business partners and other key GBS contributors- Coordinating the monthly/quarterly/biannual reporting of ADD/SUP data- Participating in insight capturing within the various GBS teams- Assisting in the internal Rolling Forecast and Planning processes: data collection, reporting and analysis- Ensuring data integrity by performing monthly reconciliations between ECCS/SAPBPC/EP2/Finance dashboard- Documenting processes and maintaining documentation to contribute CI initiatives- Providing general assistance to other members of the team- Running ad hoc analyses and reports adhering with the tasks outlined in the EMS/QMS systems of ESBC

- Liaising with other members of the team to support key deliverables in the Annual Gap Update Process (Review/Supporting Frozen Turnover Process; Supporting agreement of Target Turnover; Collection and verification of Commercial Adjustments to be included in Gap Consensus; Reporting, reviewing and agreeing Gap Values)- Support European lead in annual transition of European Gap Consensus Data to enable the development of Gap Allocation data, finalize Gap Allocation status for EU Electrical Team and support management in reviews of Gap Allocation data- Work with Purchasing to collect Program gap data to support development of European Electrical Commodity Glide-paths based on Gap Allocation and allocated tasks to support the Commercial Gap Closure assumptions in Europe’s TVM Business Plan Commitment- Fully support the review and report-out of the Electrical Team’s Commercial and Design Total Value Management commitment for the following year at the Annual Gap Week event- Work with Purchasing to deliver Total Value Management Forecast commitments- Support monthly and ad-hoc reporting of the Electrical Team’s Total Value Management performance throughout the calendar year- Lead Finance participation in Electrical Global Commodity Business Plan development with Team of Four participants and other region teams- Support ad-hoc global reviews, working closely with Electrical Finance Team in North America- Lead review of requests from Purchasing and Engineering for funding to support achievement of Total Value Management savings- Participate in Commodity Cost Attack Teams and ensure management are regularly informed of team status- Support consolidation, review and reporting of Electrical Purchasing Multi-Year Agreements for the EU region

- Providing financial information for the relevant Business Units about the financial results and business processes (including non-financial indicators as well) on a regular basis- Support the lead of the team and members of the assigned Business Unit to set and deliver challenging operating and financial plans- Responsible for supporting cost saving initiatives and ensuring their deliveries by the Business Units- Supports the preparation of business cases, engaging all relevant stakeholders in other departments- Responsible for executing administrative tasks related to controlling activities (e.g. contract review, cost center structure management, preparing forms to be sent to the Shared Service Center)

- Being responsible for providing financial support to Morgan Stanley senior leaders on Market Data expenses- Review and approval of Market Data and Manpower related invoices- Participation in month end close activities (e.g. accrual and prepayment posting)- Providing monthly variance analysis to senior managers related to Business Units in all regions- Monthly preparation, presentation and sign off of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account- Leading and participating in monthly calls related to the presentation of the variance analysis commentaries, the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account to senior managers- Providing continuous support to the newly outsourced Expense Management team in India- Dealing with ad-hoc requests/projects coming from Business Units or other clients
