CurrentResponsibilities include:- Daily use of German and English skills. - Point of contact for process related activities. - Point of contact for cross-site and department collaboration.- Directly implicated in the day-to-day operational process of data entry and analysis. - Responsible for analyzing and identifying process errors/challenges and opportunities to improve on a weekly basis through process knowledge and error trend observations. - Assure clear communication between manager, process team, quality team and other concerned departments.- Provide trainings for new hires and coaching for tenured data analysts through creating and keeping relevant resources up-to-date.
