Responsibilities:• Full responsibility of the product developed by 40 software developers and additionally 15 subcontractors within the organization• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities by visiting customers• Driving a solution set across development through requirements and positioning• Creating and maintaining product vision• Looking for new business potential and stakeholders• Handling requirements and producing the product roadmap• Prioritizing and Grooming of the Product backlog• Participating in the sprint planning meetings and making sure that prioritizes are understood and followed• Keeping close contact with the Stakeholders

I was the Project Manager of the performance testing tool developed by ~15 software developers. As a Project Manager I also had to act as an Agile Product Owner towards to developers.Responsibilities • Planning, coordinating and following up the project together with the Stakeholders• Understanding, Analyzing and prioritizing the requirements coming from the Stakeholders• Handling the assignments and preparing different project documentation• Monitoring and checking on the work of the staff working on the project• Taking any immediate action that is needed to enable the project to reach its overall goal• Managing risks in the projects
