Project scope was successful start up of warehousing activates for Philips Lighting Poland in Piła. CEVA has taken over responsibility for supply chain processes both Finished Goods and Components warehouses and assured smooth migration.The transfer process consists: a) Transferred stock of goods,b) Transferred Contracts,c) Transferred software and hardware -25 access points, 36 scanners, 96 computer's itemd) Transferred Employees - 136 FTE based on TUPE regulations (23’ KP),e) Transferred MHE- 59 pcs,f) Transferred facility usage- 11 buildingsThe objective of the project was achieved: 1. Successful Go-Live on 01.08.2016 due to timeline. Go-Live means start up of Outbound for Finish Goods and Inbound /Outbound for all defined components,2. All costs were within the agreed project budget.

Implementation of project including consolidation of next flows from DC Gorzów for below countries :- Italy- UK- MEA- Greece/Malta/Cyprus for TPV company in accordance with the project's schedule and budget contained in the contract.

Implementation of new flows from DC Gorzów for markets like:- DACH (Germany,Switzerland,Austria),- Benelux,Poland,- Baltics(Lithuania,Latvia,Estonia),Czech Republic,- Ukraine & Moldova,- Russia DC replenishment, for TPV company which produces and provides TV set items with Philips brand mark in accordance with the project's schedule and budget contained in the contract.

Last Achievements:-Implementation of new customers in accordance with the schedule and budget contained in the contract:-Delphi - the first customer in the automotive segment in FM portfolio,-Kraft, -Colgate Palmolive distribution model of one central warehouse for 7 countries.-Implementation of tools to optimize management of the flow of goods in logistics platforms with the savings value of 50 000 euros.-Creating and implementing „Project Management ” for FM Polska.
