I have spent over 20 years in the healthcare industry serving the foster care, rehabilitation and now the cancer research arenas. My broad experience includes strategic and operational planning, profit and loss management, budgeting, forecasting, client services, human resources, vendor relations, new business initiatives and funding strategies I understand and managed the challenges inherent to Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care payor systems along with directing the efforts of administrative and clinical employees in multi-disciplinary programs in multiple locations.
