I started my professional carrier at Continental at the end of 2005 as a Software Developer just after my PhD studies at the University of Veszprém. In the first 3 years I was developing in C programming language related to customer software embedded into the Brake ECU Software.In 2009, I became a group leader for Customer Software Integration and I was in that role for almost 8 years. During this time, I gained a lot of experience about leadership, taking part in lots of soft skill trainings, making 100s of job interviews and learnt how to handle individual personalities, needs and how to build/develop a team what fits together.At the beginning of 2017, I moved to another Business Unit inside Continental, and started to work as Project System Engineer taking responsibility in System related topics based on my 11 years of experience at Conti.
