Network Support Technician
CurrentProvide technical support depending on the incident or service request; Manage incidents and employee service requests through our ticketing system C2; Resolve employee issues on site and remotely - SCREEN CONNECT; Document all interventions and solutions to incidents - C2; Follow up with users to ensure the resolution of the ticket matches theexpectations; Management, installation and repair of computer and electronic equipment of the company(workstations, printers, RF scanners, cell phones, etc.); Maintain the inventory of equipment, software and licenses while ensuring thatreplacement inventory; - LANSWEEPER Installation, updates and configuration of software and operating systems - INTUNE; Advise your manager and make recommendations for the purchase of equipment or software; Collaborate in any other activity deemed necessary to achieve the objectives of the organization.
