I was responsible for one of the largest sales projects of X-Ray diagnostic systems in the Baltic States. In half a year we installed 112 different X-Ray machines in more than 40 different Lithuanian medical institutions.The last project I was responsible for was the most difficult to implement, as it was necessary to load the MRI machine (7 tons) through the roof into premises of the shopping center. Nine separate companies participated in the project, which had to be managed at the same time.
