System Analyst - Wintel L3 System Administrator• Providing expertise for IT infrastructure (servers, network) application infrastructure, and related services (Multi Forest/Multi Domain Active directory ~20000 users, Citrix Farm, Internal PKI) throughout the lifecycle of a deal in accordance with contractually established terms and conditions and established technical standards.• Providing technical input, solutions, and recommendations to deal pursuit.• Engaged in and provides support for transition/transformation efforts.• Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and customers and/or internal businesses/end user requirements.

- Server hardware and software installations (Windows 2003 Server, Windows Server 2008, Exchange 2003/2007, Linux, etc)- Troubleshooting problems reported with hardware and software- Support and maintain Vmware ESX clusters- Support and maintain high availability (HA) Exchange 2003 cluster- Support and maintain high availability MS SQL 2005 cluster- Support and maintain load balanced Internet Information Services (IIS) webservers- Support and maintain high availability Apache web servers (RedHat based)- Day to day problem solving, troubleshooting, for the PC desktop environment - Implement and enhance remote VPN access services- Participate in develoment, support the software developers- Design, build and enchance security systems (firewalls, VPN, spam and virus detection)- Create and maintain documentation set - Manage backups- Design and build systems/servers to new projects- Assisting with yearly security and ISO validations
