With over 40 years of global business management and investment experience, I am the founder and CEO of Sustainable Industrials LLC, a company that provides innovative solutions for improving environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance and sustainability engagement in diverse industrial sectors. As a thought leader and consultant in sustainability and ESG adoption and execution, I help clients achieve their goals across a broad range of applications and industries, with recent engagements in horticultural product development and in in renewable energy solutions.My passion for sustainability and ESG stems from my extensive background in the oil and gas industry, where I held various leadership positions at Schlumberger Ltd, the world's largest oilfield services company. I worked in more than 65 countries, including many emerging markets, where I maintained the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and commercial fairness. I also joined a private equity group in Houston, where I managed funds from institutional investors and endowments in excess of one billion dollars and worked with major private and public lending institutions in managing multiple deals. I am multilingual, holding both US and EU passports, and have published research on borehole and fracture geometry in oil fields. I have also been a partner at Impact51, a technology investment and company building group, since 2011.
