• Analysis of the client's design documentation from a manufacturability point of view;• Checking the completeness of the client's plan package, request missing files (drawings, model, etc.) necessary for manufacturability;• For the parts to be made economically and technically with the most suitable technology requesting deviation permits necessary for manufacturability from client customer service;• Performing file conversion operations;• Preparation of the flat pattern required for the production of components on cutting machines;• Preparation of workshop drawings based on the customer's drawings, related to drawing in compliance with all relevant technical standards, directives, internal regulations and regulations;• Determination of tolerances to be used on workshop drawings with each machining operationtaking into account achievable manufacturing accuracy;• Determining and marking the dimensions to be measured on the drawings during the mid-production inspection, that is taking into account the practical measurability of some dimensions;• Continuous monitoring of the dimensions of manufactured parts during sample production, apply required changes on flat-pattern or making other drawing changes;• Random inspection of the parts running on the laser machine in cooperation with the quality inspectors with the purpose of examining the dimensional deviations of the components;• Management of quality problems arising during laser cutting that are affecting production preparation, optimizing production parameters, informing the production manager about these;• Management of SOS orders based on consultation with the production manager;• Organization of replacement of scrap/NOK parts made during the production process, keeping in mind the original production deadline;• Regular reporting obligation to the production manager;• Working in ERP on a daily basis, managing parts, assemblies, BOM.
