At Kasa, I joined as the first hire in tech and product, and played a critical role in building and scaling the company. I hired and managed the first two product teams and served as the product manager for Kasa's customer-facing product, as well as contributing to UX design of foundational products. Later, I became the Sr. Director of Design and Managing Director of the Hungarian subsidiary. My design, product, and strategy contributions helped secure fundraising from Seed to Series-C.In the design team I've established standards for 1:1s, career development, and performance management while managing individual contributors as well as design managers. I've created the internal working processes and standards as well as the system for cross-team collaboration.
