At Kasa, I joined as the first hire in tech and product, and played a critical role in building and scaling the company. I hired and managed the first two product teams and served as the product manager for Kasa's customer-facing product, as well as contributing to UX design of foundational products. Later, I became the Sr. Director of Design and Managing Director of the Hungarian subsidiary. My design, product, and strategy contributions helped secure fundraising from Seed to Series-C.In the design team I've established standards for 1:1s, career development, and performance management while managing individual contributors as well as design managers. I've created the internal working processes and standards as well as the system for cross-team collaboration. Additionally, I held workshops and teach-ins on digital accessibility and inclusive design.Some highlights- Built and scaled the Hungarian remote team to 40 employees, while the organization grew from 5 to 400+- Established product development and working processes across 5 remote teams- Created standards in the design team for management and working processes (team of 7)- Worked on customer-facing and internal digital products used by hundreds of thousands of guests and managing thousands of apartments and hotels- Advocated for digital accessibility and inclusive design, embedding them in design principles and processes- Contributed to multiple successful fundraising efforts totaling over $100M- Successfully led a company rebranding effort that involved developing a new brand identity, messaging, and visual elements

As the first hire in tech and product, I designed and built the company's e-commerce and subscription systems. In addition to my technical contributions, I also played a key role in securing a successful seed round of $2.7M.I also spearheaded the company's rebranding project, leading the design and development of foundational brand elements. As the team and the company grew, I helped build and manage the remote product team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

I co-founded Pixelephant while still in college and led both the design and front-end teams for 8 years before the company was acquired. I was involved in a variety of projects including branding, e-commerce, and product strategy for clients from all around the world.As the owner of a small digital agency, I gained valuable experience in building strong client relationships, winning new business, mentoring team members, and efficiently managing projects.
