Norbert Schmidt is a Consortium Member at Cos4cloud- Project. He possess expertise in software development, mobile devices, linux, mobile applications, project management and 21 more skills. He is proficient in English and German. Colleagues describe him as "Norbert (as DDQ) has delivered the app for our iSPEX project (see www.ispex.nl). This app (in combination with a hardware unit in front of the smartphone camera) allows the iSPEX participants to carry out scientific measurements of atmospheric aerosols. The app does not only guide the participant through the complex measurement process, it also does all the data acquisition, handling and visualization, and quality control.
