Responsible for bpost's ISA (Information System Architecture), managing and coaching a team of expert architects.

Bringing Business and IT, Management and Experts, Enterprise view and Project view together to define architectures for key projects such as a new generic platform for bpost's Order to Invoice Process and Combo (Shop & Deliver), an innovative bpost solution to consolidate all home deliveries according to the consumers need.

For 10 years I have assisted as a member of the IT Direction in the successful growth of Colruyt IT (today a workforce of about 900 people).
