• Continuous testing, updating and maintenance of the company's cloud-based human resources information system (SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central).• Recording and coordinating the annual corporate salary development in the system in cooperation with the locational HR Business Partners and the global compensation team (Compensation module).• Implementation of the Time-Off function in different countries and the organization and management of related trainings (Time-Off module).• Preparation of monthly and weekly reports for updating dashboards (Reporting module).• Implementation of employees of companies acquired during acquisitions.• Coordination and testing of annual performance evaluation at the global level within the system (Performance module).• Collaboration with the company's internal and external IT teams in order to develop and automate processes• Close cooperation with Business Partners to ensure that processes and procedures are in line with the company's general requirements and corporate strategy.• Support for audits affecting the system.• Support of employees on a global level in connection with the SuccessFactors system and the Learning module.• Conducting training sessions required for the use of SuccessFactors for partner areas• Writing system usage documentation and training materials
