Implemented lean manufacturing methodologies to drive significant reduction in inventories and improvement in factory efficiencies. Led the transition of all high speed assembly lines from batch production runs of over 200 to mixed model production with minimum batch runs of one. Developed all systems and processes to support operations. Launched an offsite lean logistics center to provide value added logistics services including sequencing, kitting, and parts/returnable packaging management.
