Since May 2018 until now I am holding the same position currently attached to Digital Service management section managing ITSM Tool in automating ITIL process governed in EPF for the Digital Technologies Division and eventually the IT Service Portal System Owner. During this engagement, I am also the Process Manager for ITIL Problem Management and Process Owner for IT Knowledge Management. Currently being appointed as Team Lead for Service Design Team managing Business Relationship Management myself and together with the team handling Service Level Management, Capacity and Availability Management.Until 2018, I was a Senior System Analyst Managing six(6) subordinates in ensuring high availability of infrastructure of the company by overseeing the servers hosting all application, managing the Active Directory, their operating systems and the performance of the servers and application (SCOM). Other than that, I also monitoring the readiness of VMware platform to support main system and other supporting applications in the organization including middleware in communicating with third parties. I assisted managers in proposing new technology to be used in the organization to leverage on latest technology and automating daily jobs by preparing paper to request for proposals and participate in the working committee of projects related to the infrastructure section.

As a System Analyst at KWSP (8 years) responsible in managing servers, its operating system and all systems managed by the unit for the whole company. Also managing the enterprise Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware for overall endpoints in the organization.
