The consultancy was a four-month engagement to oversee and manage the relocation of the Global Platform project from Tamale to Accra. The Global Platform is a capacity development facility in Tamale, Ghana, that works with political empowerment of youth, as well as develops, contextualises and runs capacity development training courses for NGO and ActionAid staff.- I was part of the ActionAid Ghana Senior Management Team, where I participated in the strategic organisational discussions.

UngeKonsulenterne was a consultancy company with a focus on at-risk teenagers. Our clients were councils and our subjects were youth with extensive social issues. We worked with their whole network, from the family unit to schools and social services, in order to create a framework where the youth could manage their issues, and grow to take responsibility.
