As the Concept Project Manager / Planner at H&M’s Marketing department, I was overall communication responsible for the planning and strategy of H&M ́s Divided (Youth 15 to 25 year olds) concepts. This includes:• Set the strategic plan for Divided for each season• Develop a seasonal activity plan that secures the commercial goals• Full budget responsibility• Selecting, managing and overseeing project groups• Assembling project briefsThis newly developed role gave me the opportunity to oversee the whole communication for Divided, and focus on the areas where the target group shows its strongest presence.
