• Assist through the mail, forum, social channel (Facebook, twitter, Instagram and YouTube), on-line game and the other service ways, solute and process the related question from player feedback;• Deal with the player's appeal online, monitor the state of the game, and maintain the order of within the game• Collect feedback, suggestions, complaints, BUG, cheating and other issues; communicate with the players as well;• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures;• Understand the needs of users, intentions for each player to provide attentive service;• Beta test the game to hunt and/or determine bugs in order to provide suggestion or feedback that will ensure the user-friendliness of the game.

• Examine all reported user's posts and account be it inappropriate or obscenity and have it put on blacklisted or deleted via system backend.• Responsible for keeping the messaging app community active and lively by conducting in-app activity and general meet-ups.• Endorsing the messaging app by producing creative content and posting through social networking site such as Facebook, instagram etc.• Managing and coordinating the team to introduce the app to clients through conventions, events etc.

• Create, analyze, review and execute test cases for every sprint.• Perform ad hoc testing, regression testing, smoke testing, for every project such as mobile application or web app.• Also perform bug fix validation using Issue and Bug tracking software such as JIRA and for test case creation using test management; Testrail.• Provide support to digital health team.
