Small Business Law Center: Community and Economic Development Clinic Provide transactional legal work to San Diego businesses under the supervision of a California licensed attorney. Conduct client intake for potential new clients. Currently drafting a website privacy policy for a client; and forming a corporation and drafting corporate documents for another client. Meet with supervising attorney to provide client and matter updates on a weekly basis. Draft legal memorandums. Manage and track client and firm matters through CLIO.

Testified in Jury and Non-Jury Trials. Conducted criminal and civil investigations. Drafted and prepared courts documents. Trained in criminal and civil dispute resolution. Produced accurate and timely reports for supervisors. Handled confidential documents and information. Assigned as Acting Supervisor in absence of Sargent. Supervised and managed crime scene evidence collection and processed evidence in compliance with police regulations and procedures. Led training and curriculum for bike patrol training as the Certified Bike Patrol Trainer.
