I graduated from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with a Master of Science (Safety, Health, and Environment) in Chemical & Energy Engineering.I'm searching for opportunities to explore into the mining and quarrying industries and get involve in safety, health and environment field. In addition, I learnt about mine and plant design, safety and health for people and the environment, mineral economics, and mineral physical processing, including communication and sizing.My key strength is communication, as I feel that messages may be efficiently passed from person A to person B. Additionally, I've been trained to lead a group of people, solve problems using critical thinking abilities, adapt and blend well in society, build and increase knowledge, and manage work in an organized manner.

Internship TraineeImerys Minerals Malaysia Sdn Bhd Jun 2017 - Aug 2017Simpang Pulai, PerakDuring my internship period at limestone quarry:1. I completed a project given by the company to determine the efficiency of sampling to ensure the product produce are under the standard requirement.2. I did a project in identifying the most efficient cycle time for the trucks from quarry site to the plant to avoid waste of time and thus, achieve the monthly production benchmark.3. I was assigned to the crushing department and thus i learnt the flow chart of the primary and secondary plant from grizzly bar to the jaw crusher and roll crusher to produce smaller size of rocks. I also got the chances to learn the mechanical parts of the equipment including the optical sorter machine that have high ability to produce high quality of rocks by laser method.4. Besides, i am excellent in doing the surveying method to measure the bench height and stockpile height by using total station, staff and the tripod to get the data for the total volume of rock that the company still have in stock. The data stored in the total station was transfered to the surpac software for analysis in 3D and 2D to get the overview of the whole stockpile and quarry site. 5. Eventhough i was assigned in crushing department, i am flexible to go to the production plant and also quality control department. 6. At production plant, i learnt on how the rock form the crushing plant was regrind to get finer product before being mixed with the catalyst to produce coated/ uncoated grounded calcium carbonate, slurry and film link to make diapers.7. At quality control department, where I spent my time to accomplished my project given. The project was done by taking the sample every 3 hours from the stockpile and tested in the lab steps by steps to ensure the rocks produced was within the rock quality standard. I have done this project 2-4 weeks to ensure the efficiency of the result i get for the sampling method

I learnt the process from extracting the rocks that was covered by huge overburden to the crushing plant by drilling, blasting, loading and hauling.2. In order to drill and blast the rocks, i learnt on how to do the blast design. This including the burden and spacing distance, bench height, amount of explosive used and the approximation volume of rock blasted. The design must be approved by the blast engineer and shotfirer. After received the approval, the driller will drill the rock according to the design. This will took 2-3 days depends on the number of holes drilled. 3. The hole will be filled by the explosives eigher emulex or bulk emulsion from Tenaga Kimia for charging. After the charging process was done, the shotfirer will recheck all the holes and blast. Waiting time must be followed to ensure everything was safe before anyone can enyef ghe site.4. I also learnt that every blasting must have their sound limit and vibration limit under JMG rules. 5. Besides that, the process will be continued by loading all the boulders to the crushing plant to produce smaller size of rocks. 6. The rocks are ready to be sell. But, some of the rocks will be carry forward to the premix plant in order to make a bitumen.7. I have knowledge in the process and flow of the premix and crushing plant. The rocks will be mix with the bitumen for certain temperature and time to make a bitumen tar for road.8. I have enough exposure during my attachment in quality control laboratory to test the strength and hardness of the bitumen produced before being sell to the outsiders and being used for any road construction.
