• Handling all types of tax compliance (corporate income tax, ZAKAT, VAT, WHT, Stamp) for allMAGRABI entities in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Lebanon.• Handling all tax inspections for all MAGRABI entities across the region.• Establishing and maintaining a solid relation with MAGRABI’s tax advisors and tax authorities across the region.• Reviewing all tax returns and assure their accuracy.• Work along with MAGRABI’s different departments to collect and review information beforesubmission to tax advisor or tax authority.• Calculating and recording monthly and annual tax provision.• Mitigate any tax exposure.

• Providing direct and indirect tax services to clients. • Calculating and filing the annual tax provision and corporate income tax return.• Calculating monthly payroll, preparing entry file, transferring net monthly salaries to employees through different banking systems. Preparing the year-end salary reconciliation.• Preparing, reviewing, and filing monthly VAT returns.• Preparing, reviewing and filing withholding tax calculations for both residents and non-residents. • Preparing the necessary analyses for corporate, salary, and sales tax inspections and attending them on behalf of the company. • Translating contracts, defense memos, and reports.

- Providing STP with the needed fund to achieve its vision throughout the year.- Providing STP with main, academic and catering sponsors.- Selling magazine advertisements.

-Ushering inside and outside the campus.-Deal with managers to get media sponsors such as : television and magazines.-Enlarge COMET's goodwill through the social media such as : Facebook and twitter
