Production Executive
Current- Assist Manager in supervising, managing and executing production operations- Ensuring smooth operations, timely execution of task and adherence to production schedule- Lead, motivate and direct subordinates to meet and exceed operation goals in production output, reduced wastages and enhanced quality standards- Oversee quality control measures with quality department to ensure meet the standards- Ensuring and maintain accurate production documents and records- Checking, evaluate and confirm data’s validity in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR)- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safe work practice and proper handling of equipment and machinery- Ensure the production is complied the GMP standards and relevant local authorities- Manage warehouse systems and activities, monitor and control on all the incoming materials, consumption and outgoing delivery of finished goods- Knowledgeable in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP (Food) and HACCP
