In my role as Chief of Plans at Hawaii State Emergency Management Agency in Honolulu, I was responsible for developing and implementing standards, processes, and tools for maintaining over 86 Statewide Emergency Management Plans. This included creating a scalable system for All Hazards Emergency Operations Plans, SEOC Procedural Guides, and SESF Annexes to ensure readiness and effectiveness in emergency response.
