I have an Art degree from VCU which focused on communication arts—illustration and design—combined with an interdisciplinary certificate degree in Product Innovation through the DaVinci Center for Innovation. I’ve been fortunate along the way to gain a wide range of experience:• I’ve assisted in sales, marketing and social media promotions at the Glave Kocen Gallery over the course of 2.5 years. • I learned the art of creative collaboration through my work in product design and innovation at the DaVinci Center. I spent many hours collaborating on projects with both technical and non- technical team members on projects ranging from developing an app for CODEVA to support public school teachers across the state to designing therapeutic attachments for bicycle handles. • I constantly increase my design skills through freelance work. I am very proud of a project that I did for an online education company developing animation for their courses.• I developed high level customer service skills through my work as a Server/Bartender at Buddy’s for the past four years.
