Developing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System for Cambodian government by designing M&E Framework for monitor and evaluate for an implmentation of the Pentagonal Strategy Phase I, which is the long term Royal Government of Cambodia's national strategy. The consolidation team has function 1) to facilitate and communicate with other teams in order to develop the framework, guidlines, and progress report for entired governmnet and 2) to lead the technical team to develop digital M&E system.

Economic Social and Cultural Council (ECOSOCC) is a Cambodian Government Think tank Organization which is under the Office of the Council Ministers Cambodia to provide opinion and recommendation to the Prime Minister on economic, social and cultural matters. My responsibilities are following: - Study and analyze a variety of policies on economic, social and cultural aspects which will impact on economic and people welfare. - Review and provide comments and feedback on draft of law, regulations, policy and strategies from line ministries before submitting to the Prime Minister. - Draft policy brief and note for management.
