I possess a diverse range of experience in research, advocacy, and community participation, and I am highly committed to my professional endeavors. Having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Public Law, and African American Studies from UC San Diego, I have developed a solid knowledge base in comprehending societal matters and advocating for social equity. As a Research Assistant, I worked alongside Dr. Thandeka Chapman to investigate the effects of COVID-19 on African American families, and with Dr. Haig Aintablian on research about Qarahunj in Armenia. These experiences allowed me to develop my research abilities and broaden my understanding of different cultures.Aside from my academic endeavors, I have been actively engaged as an intern at the Center for Truth and Justice, where I actively participate to initiatives aimed at advancing justice and fairness. Through my involvement with the Armenian Student Association and the Armenian National Committee of America (ANCA), I have been able to actively promote community concerns and engage in important studies within the Government Affairs department. During my time at ANCA, I conducted research on Assembly elections and candidates, specifically examining their legislative initiatives and level of advocacy for Armenian interests in different states.Through these experiences, I have developed and refined my abilities in research techniques, community engagement, and policy analysis. This has equipped me to make significant and valuable contributions to humanitarian causes and social activism.
