    As a Teamleader for Technical Helpdesk I was managing a team of five technical support experts in KONE's Stockholm branch.I was responsible for developing and strengthening the region through field support and training. A big part of this was prioritizing what elevators to perform Clinica visits on to lower the KPIs for the local teams in the region. This was done by RCA, looking at usage, fault history and repair history and choosing the correct team member to take on the troubleshooting. "Sick elevators" in Stockholm lowered dramatically after successful implementation of Clinica procedures with proper follow up. I set up a new process simplifying the decision making and back reporting making it possible for my team to spend more time fixing elevators and less on the mandatory admin.I planned and conducted improvement projects in different cities across the region and included shareholders from all our verticals to deliver the best possible service to our customers.Daily work involved time allocation and prioritization for my team members, delegating major projects to my team and supporting them to completion. I was also responsible for recruitment - including interviews, negotiating salaries and hiring and subsequent performance appraisals. My team was diverse coming from different ages and backgrounds and I learnt a lot about managing during this time and how individuals have different needs of freedom vs stricter deadlines and demands. I held weekly and bi-weekly meetings with my team to look at performance and KPI's, helping them to meet their targets by being proactive.

I had a strong presence in planning and improving procedures regarding training and technical support and was often the one taking care of or delegating major projects for the Scandinavian training team. In this role I both created training materials and approved global technical procedures.I also handled the logistics of conducting training all over Scandinavia meaning travel, planning and follow up. This role also included managing workloads and choosing priority equipment for 30+ regional support technicians around Sweden. • Analysed the need for and created various training materials for internal training focusing on safety including electrical and mechanical training topics. • Owner of several projects and elevator models (KONE ProSpace™, KONE 24/7) - owning the technical support and training content globally. I also created and prepared troubleshooting guides, SOPs and other technical documents for technicians locally and globally. • Planning and conducting training sessions for 100+ technicians yearly. • Leading field technicians in resolving problematic elevators. Went from thousands of units being problematic to just hundreds.
