Professional cook for 18 years. I've recently been working at The Keltic Lodge in ingonish as a sous chef. I also spent ten years at Boston Pizza as a supervisor which I left to got to NSCC Culinary Arts, which lead me to The Keltic Lodge. I love to learn which is why I chose the career path I did, I'm willing to teach and help others. Hoping to find something that is a challenge as well as a new learning opportunity.
