Norm attributes much of his knowledge and experience to starting, developing and operating his own business in the home improvement industry, which he grew to a multi million dollar company within three short years. Norm was one of the top distributors and marketers with iBuzzPro. He conducted daily overview and training webinars for over a year assisting his team with cutting edge marketing using the iBuzz marketing platform, which he still considers to be a valuable marketing tool to this day. iBuzzPro was founded by John Breck. John Breck has been in the Networking Industry for 25 years and using his experience he has developed a scientific way to effectively carry out voice broadcasting campaigns utilizing his unique system.

Norm moved his family to Northern California in 1999. After a year of planning; Norm along with Pat & Tracy the Founders or WTPowers made the decision to create and build an online Network Marketing system, which was the first Network Marketing tool of it's kind ever offered in the industry. Norm was instrumental in the early development of WTPowers and served as the Marketing Director for the first five years of operation.

Norm was a licensed Insurance Agent in the State of Kansas to sell long term health, supplemental, disability and Term life insurance. Norm was the key presenter who presented Occidental Packages to large groups of employees of banks, factories and businesses. This was his full time work while working Network Marketing on a part time basis. After achieving the income that doubled his full time income, he made the decision to pursue Network Marketing on a full time basis.

Norm was one of the first Executive Directors in the mid-west with Excel Communications and was one the top 100 money earners with the company with over 5,000 distributors within his organization until the company filed Chapter 11.

Upon leaving the US Navy, Norm took a job at a Oil Refinery in his home town of McPherson Kansas. His first position was at an 'Underground Pipeline & Storage Facility'. After a couple years of on the job training he qualified as a 'Boiler Fireman' and then as a 'Pipefitter Leaderman'.

Norm started his career in Network Marketing on a part time basis with Amway. Within two years he obtained the level of Profit Sharing Direct with an organization of over 300 distributors. After learning some truths upon achieving this position, Norm left Amway to take a entry level position with Excel Communications.

While serving in the US Navy, Norm was awarded the Navy Achiement Medal along with multiple other metals and awards. Norm obtained two ratings: Interior Communications & Underwater Mine/Demolitions. He was 'Petty Officer In Charge' of E-Division AFT-IC on board the USS Ranger. Norm was in charge of all security alarms, gyro-compass systems and secure communications systems on board ship.
