From construction to developing to sales, I have had a long and varied road in the real estate industry always keeping the same philosophy in mind - to help you find quality constructed commercial or residential investments for your business or home. My career in Philadelphia started in 2005 when I moved here from Seattle to expand my company Indus Enterprises, LLC which specialized in construction material distribution and consulting services. After 2 years I transitioned into real estate residential and commercial sales as an associate for Coldwell Banker Preferred. After a successful listing sales effort of 20 units at Symphony House, a Dranoff luxury condo development, I accepted an invitation to join Dranoff Properties in 2013. I became the Senior Sales Associate at Dranoff Properties, Inc in sales and leasing. In 2015 I became the senior associate on the sales and marketing team for the very successful One Riverside Condominiums. One Riverside, a new $130 million luxury high rise development of 68 condominium luxury units by Dranoff Properties on the Schuylkill River Park Trail sold in three years. After a brief 2 year return to an independent agent status ending with On The Square Luxury Real Estate Team at Compass Philadelphia I accepted an offer to return to Dranoff Properties. In February of 2020 I’m back as the senior luxury sales associate for the Kohn, Pedersen and Fox of New York City designed Arthaus luxury all condominium development. This iconic landmark building is bringing a new 47 story standard of luxury living never seen before in Philadelphia with move in February 2022. I have served as a volunteer advisory board member for the NC Kidney Foundation, was Chairman of the Annual Nashville Baptist Hospital Ear Foundation sanctioned Fathers Day Hot Air Ballon Classic increasing it from 14 to 85 sponsored Hot Air Balloons and 70,000 spectators.
