Founded in 1958 Partnership Resources Inc. (PRI) is a nonprofit social service organization operating out of four locations; two in St. Louis Park, one in Golden Valley and one in Minneapolis. PRI recognizes the value of collaboration as reflected in its mission: to create partnerships between people with disabilities and the community. The agency currently serves just over 325 adults with developmental disabilities (DD) many of whom have secondary diagnoses relating to physical or mental health issues. The organization is dedicated to providing supports and opportunities to help people work, develop creatively, and believe in their dreams. Approximately 98% of service recipients participate in community activities and currently, 73 businesses employ 155 individuals at minimum wage or above. PRI offers services related to employment, community integration, health and wellness, inclusion, advocacy, and the arts. These areas often related, which gives continuity to daily activities that may inform a person’s overall life strategy or focus. Individual growth is at the heart of PRI and everyone is offered opportunities to grow, try new things, and learn.

ENERGY BREEDS ENERGYSelected Professional Accomplishments• Provided leadership, managed and supervised a variety of settings with 80+ employees• Designed and facilitated numerous team building workshops and retreats using an appreciative approach and other techniques which resulted in successful and constructive changes in interdisciplinary/interdepartmental teamwork, communication, collaboration and trust• Analyzed culture survey results and developed organizational plans and interventions to align them with the mission, vision and strategic plan• Facilitated effective management training for executive leadership and directors that resulted in individual growth and development in addition to successful intervention strategies• Designed and delivered more than 200 trainings to over 5,000 employees.
