Computer programmer with 30+ years of experience in Software Development, including majority of years leading teams in the analysis, design and implementation of complex systems on multiple different platforms. I have led various projects from inception to completion in a broad spectrum of computing environments. My primary focus was estimating for application on systems current, future, and experimental testing of concepts. This work encompassed over 2,000 RFPs amounting to over $20 Billion in a 20 year period. Accomplishing this work required detailed knowledge of current HPC architectures and countless customer codes, algorithms, and kernels.
